Q: Why won't my Jitsi video calls connect?

Ensure you have followed our Jitsi Self-Hosting Guide. Specifically, verify that Port 10000/UDP is open on your router and WebSockets are enabled in your Synology Reverse Proxy settings.

Q: Does the app collect my chat data?

No. SJSR Labs apps prioritize on-device processing. Your chat data stays on your Synology NAS and is never transmitted to our servers.

Q: What iOS version is required?

GIF to Chat requires iOS 15.0 or later for full feature compatibility.
